  • Feel the Music! for Kids Kicking Cancer w/Eleanor Dubinsky: Special Staff Event!

    Our Kids Kicking Cancer program has been such a success, that we're expanding to the Clinical Lab! Join us as Feel the Music! teaching artist Eleanor Dubinsky listens, engage, and creates with staff in the clinical lab at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. We are thrilled to be supporting staff in addition to patients and their caregivers! This program is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.

    DRUMMING SENIORS!! Back by popular demand: World renowned percussionist Bashiri Johnson returns to Project FIND’s Hamilton House Senior Center for our popular Feel the Music! percussion workshop series for seniors!     Join us as we celebrate the talented Jammin' Drummers of Project Find Hamilton House Senior Center in their spring concert, led by teaching artist Bashiri Johnson! CONCERT: November 18, 2016 at 10am FREE Jammin' Drummers is part of the Feel the Music! Creative Aging Program which is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council, the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) and individual donors.     Feel the Music! singing and songwriting with Mary Lee Kortes. Listen, engage, create! Children and teens sing along together with guitar and write their own songs. Participants learn melody, phrasing, vocalizing and improvise writing songs together. Open to children/youth of all ages at Herbert Irving Children's Oncology Center. This program is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.

    Back by popular demand, our Singin Seniors are continuing this winter at the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House at St. Peter's Church. The Singin' Seniors are soaring!
