Valerie Ghent, Founder/Director of World Foundation for Music and Healing and its Feel the Music! program, will receive the Paul Ramos Award for Service to the Arts at the Betances Health Center Jazz Concert and Awards Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 9, at 8 pm at the Harry de Jur Playhouse at Abrons Art Center, 466 Grand St, Manhattan.
